Custom Items: Custom clothing and shoes require additional production time. Custom orders are typically produced within [e.g., 5-10 business days] before being shipped. Please note that this timeframe does not include public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Area: We currently only offer delivery services to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK).
Delivery Fee: Free shipping.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage during transit transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages that occur during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
